FAQs We have several common questions with answers on this page.  If you think of something that is not answered here, please contact us to get a full answer.

  1. Do you provide proof of insurance?
    • Yes, each vehicle carries proof of insurance in case it is needed by law officials.  We also keep a proof of insurance in the office.  Part of the contract signing process, is to show you the insurance of the vehicle you will be renting.


  2. What credit cards are accepted?
    • We accept all major credit cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Carte Blanche.  We can also process debit cards.


  3. After I rent a bus, will you send or fax me a booking confirmation?
    • Yes we can.  If you need a confirmation, please specify how you would like to receive it (fax or surface mail).


  4. What is your policy for cancellations?
    • People generally call to reserve a vehicle a week or more ahead of time.  Our vehicles are almost always already booked for the next weekend.  You need to reserve a vehicle early to guarantee that a vehicle is available.  When you reserve a vehicle, make sure that you are ready to rent before initiating the contract.  After making a reservation, you have 24 hours to cancel the reservation.  If you rent a vehicle one week ahead of time, that vehicle cannot be booked for any other function during the time that you reserve it.  If we allowed canceling on the last day, we would not be able to rent the vehicle to others.  If you do need to cancel. you will be issued a gift certificate minus a 20% handling fee.  The gift certificate has a cash value of 10% of the face value.  This process is to reduce our operating costs, which allows us to pass on better deals to you.


  5. Can I rent a vehicle for a flat rate?
    • Yes, we have a special flat-rate that will cover most all circumstances.  You will not need to worry about rushing everyone because your coach is going to turn into a pumpkin.  We have a flat-rate of $700 to cover you for six hours.  Should you need more time than that, we can create a custom package that will guarantee that your plans will not be spoiled.


  6. Are there any discounts for weekday rental rates?
    • Our vehicles are pretty busy almost all of the time.  Everyone wants to be treated like royalty so we are a popular party bus service.  It is the nature of the business; however to have enough vehicles for the weekend, means having more than enough during the week.  Weekends are generally booked well in advance.  For our weekdays, we generally have a vehicle available that is not working.  As a result, we have a different price for weekdays.


  7. Does the party bus service offer corporate discounts?
    • We do offer corporate accounts.  Check with your corporation to see if they have contracted to have corporate travel that treats their employees like royalty.  If they haven't make a suggestion that they should contact us.


  8. What type of vehicles do you offer?
    • We maintain a nice collection of speciality vehicles.  Check our vehicles online.  If you need a specialty vehicle that is not pictured, please ask.  We can rent just about any vehicle and have a Party Bus Miami qualified driver pick you up and treat you like royalty, regardless of the vehicle.


  9. When I rent a bus, what special features do I get?
    • We offer several amenities inside the vehicles such as TVs, DVDs, and FM Radio.  We can provide champagne, or other types of drinks, snacks, or other speciality items.  Pretty much anything is possible, just tell us your desires.


  10. Do you have a phone in the vehicle?
    • Phones inside vehicles is not as common as it once was due to everyone already having a cell phone.  If you do not have a cell phone but will need one during travel, we can prearrange to have a cell phone for you.


  11. Is the vehicle driver uniform formal or casual?
    • It depends on prior arrangements, or the event.  If you wish to have the driver be in formal wear, all you have to do is ask beforehand.  If you do not specify, we will make a guess on whether to dress up in a suit, wear formal wear, or dress in slacks and golf shirt.  For some rentals, the client prefers that the driver blend in with the rest of the crowd.  We will work with you either way, and of course, either way you still get the royalty treatment.


  12. Will the vehicle driver meet me at the terminal or door, and will they assist me with my luggage??
    • If we have arranged to pick you up at a residence, we can arrange to come to your door, or arrange to be outside at a specific time.  It is your choice.  Security rules at the airport dictate how we do things there.  At the airport, we can drop you off at the terminal entrance.  For pickup at the airport, we have to wait in the vehicle designated location, which is right next to baggage claim.  This makes it easy to collect your baggage and locate your vehicle driver.  You can get more details about our airport service on the Airport Services page.
    • We can assist you with luggage except for the times that we are not able to leave the vehicle unattended, such as at the airport.  At the airport we can drop you off next to the Red Cap service but we are not allowed to leave our vehicles in front of the terminal so we will not be able to assist you inside the terminal as the Red Cap service can.  You can get more details about our airport service on the Airport Services page.  At the other end of the trip we most certainly can.  If you need the driver to assist you with your luggage, you will need to inform us beforehand.  We have drivers that are big and strong, and some small and pretty.  The small and pretty ones are exceptional vehicle drivers, however, they aren't much help when it comes to heavy luggage.  As long as we can plan for it, we can arrange to have a big and strong driver available to handle all your personal needs.


  13. If a plane is late, what is the cost for the vehicle to wait when you rent a limo?
    • If depends if the vehicle is to be used in an ongoing basis with the same client after the airport pickup.  If not, we can negoiate a reasonable price.  This is necessary as the vehicle will most likely be reserved for later use.  In these rare cases, we need to scramble to locate a backup vehicle to cover our other booked clients.  We certainly would not want to leave you stranded at the airport.


  14. Can I rent a vehicle with special packages for weddings, bachelor(ette), birthdays, etc?
    • We have special packages for each of these events.  You can save money on ordering a package, plus we offer more amenities as well.  See our home page for more details.
